Welcome to the Kiki’s Reset Room Shop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kiki’s Reset Room online shop and the products, content, and features made available through it (collectively, the “Shop”).
By accessing, browsing, or using the Shop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Shop.
1. About Kiki’s Reset Room
Kiki’s Reset Room is a lifestyle and self-care brand creating thoughtfully designed products for rest, reflection, comfort, and personal reset.
The Shop is powered by Fourthwall. Fourthwall, Inc. is the seller of products purchased through the Shop and serves as the merchant of record for product transactions. Kiki’s Reset Room provides the creative direction, branding, product designs, descriptions, and other original content associated with the Shop.
Purchases may also be subject to applicable Fourthwall terms, policies, and checkout conditions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Shop. By using the Shop, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Shop complies with applicable laws and regulations.
If you are using the Shop on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf.
3. Products and Product Information
Kiki’s Reset Room makes reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, measurements, materials, colors, features, and other information as accurately as possible.
Because products are viewed through a digital screen, actual colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, display settings, production process, or materials.
Measurements and other specifications may also contain reasonable production tolerances. Please review the full product description before purchasing.
Product availability, designs, specifications, and pricing may be changed or discontinued without notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
Product prices are displayed in the currencies and formats available through the Shop. The final price, shipping charges, applicable taxes, discounts, and order total presented during checkout will control your purchase.
Fourthwall processes product payments and serves as the merchant of record for purchases made through the Shop.
Prices may change at any time before an order is placed. Promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing may be subject to separate terms and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
5. Orders
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including:
- the product selected;
- quantity;
- color or design, if applicable;
- size, if applicable; and
- shipping information.
Many Kiki’s Reset Room products are made to order specifically after a purchase is placed.
If an order has not yet entered production, you may have an opportunity to modify or cancel it using the options provided with your order confirmation. Once production has begun, cancellation or modification may no longer be available.
Kiki’s Reset Room and/or Fourthwall may cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, pricing errors, or other circumstances affecting fulfillment.
6. Quality, Returns, and Refunds
We want every Kiki’s Reset Room order to arrive as it should.
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or with another eligible manufacturing or quality issue, a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution may be available in accordance with our Returns & FAQ and applicable Fourthwall policies.
Because many products are made to order, returns or exchanges generally are not available for change of mind, personal preference, ordering mistakes, fit preference, or incorrect size selection, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
For clothing, customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and size guide before placing an order.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery information are presented during checkout when applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by production times, carriers, destination, customs, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Kiki’s Reset Room.
Product availability and shipping destinations may vary by item and country.
8. Reflection and Self-Care Products
Kiki’s Reset Room offers journals, reflection products, self-care products, lifestyle goods, and related materials intended to encourage personal reflection, rest, comfort, and intentional living.
These products and their accompanying content are provided for general informational, inspirational, and personal-reflection purposes only.
They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or other professional health services and should not be treated as a substitute for individualized advice or care from a qualified professional.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Kiki’s Reset Room name, branding, original written content, product names, product designs, graphics, artwork, photographs, and other creative materials appearing in the Shop are owned by or licensed to Kiki’s Reset Room and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may purchase and use products for your own personal use or as gifts.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Kiki’s Reset Room intellectual property without prior written permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Shop:
- for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- to violate the rights of Kiki’s Reset Room, Fourthwall, or another person or organization;
- to interfere with the operation or security of the Shop;
- to introduce viruses, malicious software, or harmful code;
- to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information;
- to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- to scrape, copy, or commercially exploit Shop content without authorization; or
- in any manner that violates applicable law.
Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect the Shop, its customers, its service providers, or other parties.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Shop is operated with the assistance of third-party services, including Fourthwall and its payment, manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping, and technology partners.
The Shop may also contain links to third-party websites or services.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Kiki’s Reset Room is not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside its reasonable control.
12. Shop Availability
Kiki’s Reset Room may update, modify, correct, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Shop, its content, or individual products at any time.
Although reasonable efforts are made to keep the Shop available and accurate, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Shop and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Kiki’s Reset Room does not guarantee that the Shop will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical problems.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kiki’s Reset Room will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the Shop.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any consumer right, warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Shop is also subject to the applicable Privacy Policy, which explains how information associated with your use of the Shop may be collected, used, and shared.
Third-party providers involved in Shop transactions may also process information according to their own privacy policies.

- applicable Fourthwall terms and policies associated with purchases and checkout.
If there is a conflict involving a product transaction handled by Fourthwall, the applicable Fourthwall transaction terms will govern to the extent required.
16. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the Shop, products, policies, service providers, or applicable requirements.
When the Terms are materially revised, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be changed.
Your continued use of the Shop after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
